Once you place an order, Scanapix will put a hold on your credit card for the estimated amount according to your order. Your payment method of choice will be billed after all services are rendered. At this time, Scanapix will charge you for the actual total work performed along with any shipping and/or tax charges (only applies to orders shipped to California). Refund PolicyAt Scanapix, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're ever dissatisfied with your photo scanning for any reason, we will provide you with the full refund. Please contact us to arrange this refund. If you request a refund, it will be credited to the credit card used originally for the purchase. Return PolicyScanapix is a service site. If at any time, you wish to cancel your order, we will return all of the photos you send us. We do not charge your credit card until all services are completed. If you change your mind about your order, please contact us at with any concerns regarding your order. Cancellation PolicyYou can cancel your Scanapix order at any time. Scanapix will refund your payment, excluding shipping fees. These shipping fees are costs incurred to us from a third party shipping company of your choosing. Our Service, GuaranteedYour satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with the scans, please resubmit your original order for reprocessing within 30 days of order completion. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied after reprocessing, Scanapix will refund your payment, excluding shipping fees and tax. Delivery/Shipping PolicyScanapix can accept and ship orders within the United States of America. Information SecurityScanapix uses reasonable measures to ensure the protection and privacy of communications, images and billing information submitted to www.scanapix.com. As the customer, you acknowledge that images and all communication submitted to Scanapix are not confidential and may be read or intercepted by unanticipated third parties. Scanapix is not liable in any manner under all applicable laws and jurisdictions. Loss or damage of original content due to shippingYou understand and agree that the submission of any physical content to Scanapix is done at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any loss or damage to your photos. Scanapix does not assume any responsibility for any loss or any other type of damage that may in any way result from the use of its services. Scanapix shall assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to client's materials while it is transported by the mail or transport services. Scanapix shall assume no responsibility nor liability, for loss, damage, or delay to the person or property in connection with any services provided by outside parties over which Scanapix has no control. Billing and ShippingYou agree that all billing/shipping information that you submit is accurate. You certify that you are the authorized credit card holder listed in your Scanapix account, or that you have received authorization from the credit card holder to use on the account. You agree that your credit card will be charged for work once the photo scanning is completed. Scanapix provides invoices online by logging into your account online at www.scanapix.com. You agree that you have reviewed your billing/shipping information and that you deem it accurate. You also agree that you will notify Scanapix upon any change in billing/shipping information. You will be held liable for all additional billing or shipping costs that may be incurred due to inaccurate billing/shipping information provided by you. Such costs include, but are not limited to additional postage, shipping materials, collection and attorney's fees. Scanapix is not liable for any delay in services or products that result from inaccurate billing/shipping information. DisclaimerScanapix provides these terms and conditions "as is". Scanapix maintains the sole right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Scanapix reserves the right to terminate such agreement any time without any notice to any such user. Scanapix, employees, and authorized agents under no circumstances shall be held liable for any damages or any unforeseen damages that may result directly or indirectly from any communications and or images that are submitted for personal Non-Commercial and Commercial Uses.
