Step 1 - Place your order online. Do your best to fill in the shopping cart with the number of photos you are sending us. (This number does not have to be right on) We will charge you according to the number of photos that are scanned on the disc you will be receiving.

Step 2 - Ship us your photos. Ship us your photos by packaging them and sending them to the address provided on the order confirmation screen or email you will receive. We highly recommend you use a shipping service that offers a tracking number so that you can ensure safe delivery.

Step 3 - We scan your photos. We scan your photos with the utmost care. Our proprietary scanning process is used to get you a digital file that replicates exactly what you see from the original photo.

Step 4 - We ship everything back to you. After we are finished scanning, we will ship out your original photos along with the digital file that contains all of the scanned photos. Rest assured, no shipment leaves our facility without a tracking number. You will always know where your original photos are at all times.

Retouching photos

We have opted not to retouch photos within our scanning process. You sent us your photos to get scanned and that is what we will do. Give you an exact digital replication of what you sent us. We do not want to take the responsibility of choosing how your photo should look because that is a very opinionated process. They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that is completely true in this case.

Uploading photos online

There are many free and easy to use services online that provide uploading of your photographs. Many people already have preferred websites that they use to upload their photos online. Once you receive your digital files, you can use any of our following partners to create an account and upload your digital photos to share.
